Pause
I don’t know how to rest but I do know how to pause. How to observe. How to be in the moment and breathe. It’s hard to learn to rest when life is so beautiful and time is so fleeting and precious. Watching the drops of water fall down my window during blue hour today, there is such magic in such a simple ordinary moment. The Sun is rising; the Light is changing and soon is time to work.
But in the meantime, my reliable, old iPhone camera and me are pausing and enjoying the moment right before the day begins. Today, pause when the beauty of life invites you to breathe.
