The Poetry of Connection - a morning journey to the Farmer's Market

By nature, I am quiet, shy and reserved. For me, photography isn't just about taking pictures—it’s a quiet permission slip to step out of my comfort zone, explore the world, wander new spaces and make new connections with people I might otherwise pass by. Every week, I set out on a solo photowalk with that single purpose. For this week's walk, I gave myself a deliberate challenge: head into the Coconut Grove Farmer’s Market, introduce myself to random strangers, ask for their portraits, and let my passion for photography, poetry and storytelling guide the day.
